You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
What can be returned
- ✦Non-fitting items (wrong size)
- ✦Defective or damaged products
- ✦Items significantly different from what was ordered
What cannot be returned
- —Personalised or engraved products (unless defective)
- —Items that have been worn, used, or altered
- —Products without original packaging and tags
- —Items returned after the 7-day window

How refunds work now
We've moved to a store credit refund system. Refunds are issued as credit to your Etchcraft Emporium account, which you can use on any future order.
Your store credit never expires.
Why store credit?

When you can still choose a cash refund
For defective or damaged products, you have a choice:
For all other returns (non-fitting, change of mind), refunds are issued as store credit only.
How to use your store credit
Log in to your account at etchcraftemporium.in using the same email address from your original order. (Don't have an account? Sign up with your order email — your credit will appear automatically.)
Add the products you want to your cart and proceed to checkout.
At the payment step, your store credit will appear as a payment option. Select it to apply.
If your order is larger than your credit balance, pay the remainder via UPI, card, net banking, or COD.
Note: Store credit can only be used when logged into your account. Guest checkout will not show your credit balance.
How to start a return
Email us at sales@etchcraftemporium.in or WhatsApp +91-9818151452 with your order number and reason.
Pack the item securely. Write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship via a traceable courier to: Etchcraft Emporium, Shop no. 7A, 24-Sri Ram Road, Civil Lines, Delhi — 110054. Or visit our store in person.
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 1 business day), your store credit will be issued immediately and you'll receive an email confirmation.
Return courier charges are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrongly delivered items — we cover the cost.
