You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched or sent for engraving.

Once an order moves to engraving or dispatch, it cannot be cancelled — because personalised pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Refunds are issued as store credit

Cancellation refunds are issued as store credit to your Etchcraft Emporium account.

Your credit never expires.

How to use your credit

Simply log in at etchcraftemporium.in with the same email used for your original order. Your credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout.
