Can I use emojis, symbols, or special fonts?

Yes, depending on the product — the available emojis, symbols, and fonts are shown during customisation for each piece. If a specific symbol isn't listed, message the team to check whether it can be added.

Will my customised product look exactly like the preview?

Etchcraft aims for 1:1 accuracy with the preview, so your piece will closely match what you design. Minor variations can occur due to lighting or the handcrafted nature of engraving, but the design itself stays true to your selection.

Can I order bulk, corporate, or wedding gifts?

Yes. Etchcraft specialises in bulk and corporate gifting with personalisation, ideal for events, weddings, and company gifts. Contact the team for custom pricing and designs.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within about 2 days. Delivery time then depends on your location — typically 2–4 days for metro and Tier-1 cities and 4–7 days for Tier-2 cities and beyond. Customised pieces add a little make time before dispatch, and express delivery is available if you need it sooner.

Why do customised orders take a little longer?

Customised orders take longer because each piece is engraved and made specifically for you rather than shipped from ready stock. That extra crafting time is what makes the piece uniquely yours.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, express delivery is available. If you need an order by a specific date, choose express or message the team to confirm timelines before ordering.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also track your order here at any time.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, Etchcraft delivers pan-India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery to your area.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Etchcraft accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery on selected orders. All online payments are processed securely.

Is cash on delivery available, including for customised products?

Cash on delivery is available on selected orders, including some customised products. For personalised items, prepaid online payment is recommended since each piece is made specifically to your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation

Can I return or exchange a product?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but only before production or shipping has started. Once a customised piece enters production, it can no longer be cancelled because it's being made specifically for you.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, Etchcraft will replace it at no extra cost. Contact the team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo so it can be resolved quickly.

What if I don't like the product after receiving it?

For eligible (non-customised) products, Etchcraft offers exchange options to make sure you're satisfied. Customised pieces can't be exchanged for preference reasons, since they're personalised to your order, but the team will help if there's a defect.

What materials are your products made of?

Etchcraft uses high-quality 316L surgical-grade stainless steel with premium gold or silver plating for durability, plus solid BIS-hallmarked 24K real gold and natural stones in select ranges. The 316L base is rust-proof and skin-friendly.

Will the product fade or tarnish?

Etchcraft's pieces are designed for everyday wear, and with proper care the finish lasts a long time. Plated jewellery is backed by a 6-month anti-fading warranty, so you're covered if it fades within that period. See care tips.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Etchcraft offers a limited warranty on select products — generally a 6-month anti-fading warranty on plated jewellery, with specifics noted on the product page. If a covered piece fades within the period, contact the team to arrange a replacement.

How do I care for my jewellery?
