Data Deletion Request — Etchcraft Emporium

You can ask us to delete your personal data and any profile associated 
with the Etchcraft Emporium app at any time.

How to request deletion:
Email us at etchcraftemporium@gmail.com with the subject line 
"Data Deletion Request", from the email address (or with the phone 
number) you used to place orders or book a consultation.

What we delete:
- Your profile and contact details (name, email, phone, address)
- Astrology booking details, including any birth date, time, and 
  place you provided for readings
- Your wishlist and saved items

What we may retain:
We may keep limited records we are legally required to hold — such as 
tax and invoice records for completed orders — for the period required 
by law. Everything else is deleted.

Timeline:
We process deletion requests within 30 days and email you to confirm 
once it is done.
