Can I return or exchange a personalised locket?
Because our lockets are engraved to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind. However, every locket is hand-inspected before dispatch, and we offer a 6-month anti-fade replacement warranty plus free replacement for any manufacturing defect or damage in transit. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for any defect-related claims.
What is the difference between a locket and a pendant?
A locket is a type of pendant that opens to hold a small keepsake — usually a photograph, a folded note, or a tiny
memento. A pendant is the broader term for any decorative piece that hangs from a chain. All lockets are pendants, but not all pendants are lockets. Our personalised lockets are designed to open and hold a sealed photograph or be engraved on the outside surface.
Can I get my name or photo engraved on the locket?
Yes. Some lockets in our collection can be fully personalised. You can add a name, initial, date, or short message engraved by precision laser on 316L surgical-grade stainless steel. Photo lockets accept a printed sealed image. The engraving is permanent and will not fade or wear off with normal daily use.
Will the gold plating on the locket fade over time?
Our lockets use 22K gold plating on 316L surgical-grade stainless steel — the same standard used in luxury watchmaking. Under normal daily wear, the plating will not fade, tarnish, or rust. We back every piece with a 6-month no-questions-asked anti-fade replacement warranty. Avoid prolonged contact with chlorinated pool water, harsh perfumes sprayed directly on the locket, and abrasive cleaners.
How long does delivery and personalisation take?
Personalised lockets are engraved to order. Standard dispatch is 2–3 business days from order placement, and delivery across India typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. Cash on Delivery is available across most pincodes. You'll receive tracking details by SMS and email once your order ships.
Are the lockets suitable for men and women?
